BHB provided MEP engineering services for the renovation and remodel of the historic Star-Telegram building in Fort Worth. Totaling approximately 180,000 SF, the project included a museum area, archive spaces, parking garage, training center, conference rooms and additional office spaces. BHB has provided ongoing services with MorningStar Oil & Gas since 2011.

The building was originally constructed in three major steps: the original four-story, 60,000 SF building constructed in 1921 on Seventh Street; the 1946 addition to the north, consisting of approximately 50,000 SF; and the final expansion in 1968 that spanned Sixth Street to the north and included approximately 75,000 SF.
