BHB provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying services to the design of Heritage Village Park in Haltom City.
It was designed to serve the needs of a single-family development with 300 lots. The Heritage Village Park includes two playground structures, free standing accessible play equipment, safety surfacing, paved paths with picnic tables and grills, and a labyrinth.
The labyrinth is an unusual park feature and is constructed with decomposed granite walking paths lined with brick paver borders. A cube made from a block of Lueders limestone marks the center of the labyrinth.
