Ali Buron, PE
Associate | Mechanical Engineer
As a third generation engineer, you could say that it is in her blood – but Ali didn’t always dream of mechanical engineering. When she was young, she wanted to be an actress, even landing the leading role in her fourth grade school play. She still loves the stage today, but has since considered a career in law before ultimately falling in love with engineering during her studies at TCU. It was there that she met Richard Watters through a mock interview event and became interested in working at BHB. She is now a project manager for healthcare and commercial projects among others, and is an active member of the Fort Worth chapter of ASHRAE.
Having grown up hunting and fishing at her grandmother’s farm, Ali still enjoys outdoor activities. She plays on an intramural kickball team, which she loves for the opportunity to compete and meet new people. At home she has two weenie dogs named Ruff and Ryder, who love visiting dog friendly restaurants in Fort Worth and bossing around their mom.

Jeremy Snyder, PE
Jeremy Snyder, PE
Associate | Mechanical Engineer
After taking a physics class in high school, Jeremy knew he wanted to become an engineer. During this class, he built a speaker from scratch, and from that project he realized how much he enjoyed science, and designing and building things. Jeremy holds a bachelor’s and master’s of science in mechanical engineering.
Before joining BHB, Jeremy worked at Nike for five years; three as an engineer and two as an engineer team lead. Through Nike, Jeremy has a total of 19 patents and seven published applications. In 2012, Jeremy left Nike to work at Bell Helicopter in a project management and coordination role. He was one of the engineers who worked on the 525 Relentless Helicopter.
Jeremy came to BHB in 2015, after a one-year mission trip to Saltillo, Mexico to help start a community center. Thermodynamics and heat transfer are Jeremy’s specialty areas and sciences he enjoys most. His project experience includes mechanical and plumbing design in multiple areas from healthcare to industrial facilities, and is adept at working within a team to design systems to work for a specific environment. Jeremy is a member of ASHRAE and TSPE local chapters.
Outside of work, Jeremy loves spending time with his wife, Kaci, and newborn baby boy. He also enjoys doing volunteer work, running, cycling, hiking, and being active outdoors. Of the mountains he’s climbed, the coolest and most challenging was Mount Kilimanjaro, in Tanzania.
