Robert Lee, RPLS
Project Manager | Land Surveyor
Robert Lee knew he wanted to study geography because it combined many of his interests: natural sciences, computer science, statistics, culture, and history. After receiving his degree in geography from the University of North Texas in 2012, Robert began working at BHB as a GIS Technician, which also touched on many of those interests. In 2015 he shifted to the land surveying department. After spending several years in the field, starting as a survey crew helper and working his way up to Survey Crew Chief, he became a Survey Technician and eventually a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in 2021. Today he provides project management and land surveying services for single-family residential, commercial, and public works projects.
Robert has always enjoyed the great outdoors, even wanting to be a geologist and collecting rocks as a child. When he is not at work, Robert likes to go mountain biking, camping, and kayaking, and he recently took an interest in mountaineering. He completed a week-long mountaineering course in 2021 and achieved his first alpine summit.
