Tyson Thompson is a skilled project manager with a focus on infrastructure utilities. His overarching goal is to create an encouraging environment that helps others achieve their goals. He is known for exceeding expectations by building strong relationships with colleagues, consultants, and contractors. Ty is a proud alumnus of Texas Tech University, where he received an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Public Administration.  He is actively involved in the community, serving on committees and holding offices for organizations such as the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council and other professional organizations. Ty is also a graduate of Leadership Fort Worth and a Research Fellow through The Texas Lyceum. He joined BHB after serving as the Assistant Director of Development Services for the City of Fort Worth, where he managed the construction and dedication of public infrastructure projects worth $300 million to $400 million annually. Areas of focus include transportation and public works operations, land development and engineering, public infrastructure projects, roadway maintenance, floodplain management, hydrology, and hydraulics.
