Erik's dream job has been to be an astronaut or an engineer, but it appears he is working toward one of his dream jobs. Erik's defines success by, "Moving forward. Life throws everyone setbacks, but success is how you decide to take steps forward to either get back to where you were, surpass where you were, or find a new path. It is also important to learn from your mistakes and your successes along the path for the next entertaining life experience."

Samantha is a California native from a town called Lancaster, which is in the Mojave desert, but still part of LA county. Some of her hobbies include: playing Nintendo games on her switch, refereeing soccer and volleyball, and buying, building, and selling Legos.

Ally May, who just graduated from Covenant Classical School and plans to attend Tarleton University in the fall for Civil Engineering, had the opportunity to shadow civil engineers in our Weatherford office and structural engineers in our Fort Worth office. We are excited to see what the future holds for you Ally, we know it will be bright!
