What projects are you working on?
Designing a new park in Cresson, and helping design a road in a subdivision in Wise county.

I was always curious how electronics work.
What are you most excited to learn this summer?
I’ve never used CAD software extensively so I’m learning how to use Revit and AutoCAD effectively.

Why did you choose mechanical engineering?
I took a variety of engineering classes in high school and my interests matched most with mechanical.

I am getting married in January 2019.

Why BHB?
BHB was a top choice for me because I really liked how it had a community feel to it when I visited! It wasn’t like other places where the interns seemed to stay on their own and not involved.
What are you most excited to learn this summer?
I think I’m most excited to learn not only about the kinds of engineering work that I’m doing personally, but also the client interaction side of things has been very informative!
Fun Fact:
One of the things on my bucket list is to visit all 50 states as well as a good amount of National Parks.

Why did you choose engineering?
I started playing soccer at a very young age. In soccer, one unconsciously gains physics and geometric skills…Thanks to my atheltic background, I was led to my passion about the study and profession of the engineering world.
What are you most excited to learn this summer?
…Whether I am in the right field and thanks to BHB I found my passion. Without a doubt I am in the right field and definitely see myself working with what I have been introduced to as of right now.
Fun Fact:
I drive a standard transmission car and have torn my left ACL twice.
