Earlier this month, representatives from Baird, Hampton & Brown attended the Texas Municipal League Annual Conference and Exhibition in San Antonio. The annual event attracts over 3,000 town and city delegates across the state including mayors, managers, and departmental employees who serve as decision makers for their communities.
This was BHB’s 11th year to have a booth on the exhibition floor, where we showcased our past work with Texas municipalities. In fact, the very first conference we attended in 2008 was located in Fort Worth, home to BHB’s headquarters.
“The TML conference is always a great way for BHB to maintain and create municipal relationships,” said John Margotta, Vice President of Land Surveying. “We enjoy meeting new people and starting meaningful conversations about how BHB can help improve cityscapes, landscapes, and communities.”
For the past 27 years of being in business, BHB’s civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers have had extensive experience with municipal and county government clients. Our project experience includes numerous roadway reconstruction projects, water and sewer main improvements, stormwater drainage improvements, street lighting projects, as well as general facility renovation and new construction projects. From small towns to large cities, we have completed a multitude of successful municipal projects that fit the needs and requirements of each municipality we work with, including:
- City of Fort Worth
- City of Granbury
- City of Keller
- City of Arlington
- City of Flower Mound
- City of Burleson
- City of Lampasas
- City of Irving
- City of Harker Heights
- City of Richardson
- City of Saginaw
- City of Lake Dallas
- City of Grand Prairie
- City of Weatherford
- City of Bedford
- City of Grapevine
- Town of Edgecliff Village
- City of Colleyville
- City of Bridgeport
- City of Southlake
- City of North Richland Hills
- City of Hurst
- Tarrant County
- Hood County
Attending the TML conference each year is one of the many ways BHB stays in touch with our municipal clients, so that we can continue to help better their communities.
