Baird, Hampton & Brown, a multi-disciplinary engineering firm, recently announced seven promotions to further the company’s growth and expertise.
Ottis Lee, senior civil engineer, was promoted to Vice President of Land Development. With over 30 years of experience, Lee brings indispensable professional, technical and project management skills to BHB. In addition to his current engineering role, Lee’s responsibilities now include developing and retaining client relationships and overseeing land development projects.
“It is a privilege to be recognized with this promotion, but more than that, it is a privilege to work with leaders and peers that you highly respect,” said Lee. “Not everyone in our business gets the opportunity to be recognized or have the chance to work with talented people. It is an honor to have both here at BHB.”
BHB recently promoted six employees to Project Manager. Civil Engineers Chad Wallace and Joe LaCroix, Mechanical Engineers Ali Buron and Allen Grammer, Electrical Engineer Thomas Wilson, and Senior Survey Technician Dave Horsburgh were all promoted to Project Managers. Along with their current roles, they are now tasked with the planning, delegation, execution, and success of projects from start to finish.
“Each of these individuals have developed professionally and assumed new responsibilities; they have grown into their respective job duties,” stated Bill Baird, BHB founder and Chairman of the Board. “We appreciate the individual efforts of all these engineers and technicians. They are instrumental in the growth and success of BHB. Our clients depend on their commitment and hard work.”
These seven employees exemplify the company’s core values day in and day out. With their help and leadership, BHB will continue to build partners while pursuing excellence and making a positive difference in the communities we touch.
